Read Message From CPI JMS Queue

I have setup a JMS Receiver queue and it is storing messages successfully. When i download the selected message, i can see the contents.

However, my requirement is i want a daily integration job( by timer) that will read each message body from JMS and process it.
But, how do i read contents from my message Queue.
