"undefined\bin\java.exe" error running SWPM

Hello,

while running SWPM to install NW 7.50 JAVA on ASE, Windows in Step "Prepare database server creation", i get folowing Error:

Assertion failed: Unable to retrieve the database server version

While going further i found following Error:

Failed action: CreateProcess with parameters NULL, <command line for executable undefined\bin\java.exe, NULL, NULL, TRUE, 0x420, NULL, NULL, ⋆tupInfo, ⪻ocessInfo Error number 2 error type WIN32_ERROR

I have already checked Note 2465579 - "undefined/bin/java" or "undefined\bin\java.exe" error running SWPM but it is not very helpfull.

Does anybody have similar issues or do know how i can make the variable definied?

Everything is unpacked correctly and can be accessed by the sidadm user.

For anybody how got the sam problem:
Installing Microsoft package Visual C++ Redistributable package for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 or higher, solved my problem.

2. I thing you have to contact SAP support
