Question about Capacity Unit Estimation for SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Professional Users

I am currently using the Capacity Unit Estimator for SAP Business Data Cloud (https://bdc-pricing-estimator-sac-sacus10.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/).

I would like to estimate the required capacity units for SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Professional users. According to the estimator, a Planning Standard user requires 72.85 CU per user, whereas a Planning Professional user requires 820.43 CU per user.

Is this correct?
Is the Planning Professional user really that much more expensive?

I would like to use the Professional license for its features, but the budget may not allow it.
What are my options if I need the functionalities of the Professional license but my budget is insufficient?

If you need to have several data analysts creating Planning models from scratch, you will need a Professional license for each one of them, yes.

However, for example, if you have 2 analysts that create the models and the data actions, and the rest of the users are planning the business data, then you only need the 2 professional licenses for the two creators and builders of data models and actions, and then Standard licenses for the users who plan. It is a balance to find between how many users will create the models and how many are planning in them without a real need to create actions for example.
