Query Data for Map Component

How to use Query data for a Map component, if there is no option in the properties of the Map Component. The option is only there to add data from excel, what if someone is trying to take query data for a map component and then link it to a column chart component as present in the 'Sample Dashboard'.

Follow the below link, bind the data to the excel and then take them to the components. you can apply all the filters and etc from the excel.

Hi  Ranendra  ,

For brining the query data you must have to establish a BICS connection with your SAP Netweaver BW and SAP BO , it will be communication Server between SAP BO and BW Data Queries on BEx, etc.

For doing that you might need Information Design Tool , to create a connection .

After that your data will be available to the BO Dash Board side.

Bring the Query Data to Excel sheet and then use it for binding with map component.
