Hi,

I am able to see the inspection lot in the transaction QA33 and qals table but i am unable to find the data in the data
sources in 2LIS_05_QE1 and 2LIS_05_QE2. Users has posted the data but im unable to find the data in my datasource.

Please give some idea on this.

Hi,

Based on the update modes in LBWE for this data sources.delta records will come in to delta queus(RSA7)

So pls check whether V3 jobs is completed or not, if not completed,then run and check tha data.

Already I have followed all the steps mentioned above,However i am not able to find the inspection lot in the datasources 2LIS_05_QE1 & QE2.

I am able to find the data of Inspection lot in Tcodes : QA03 and QA33

Kindly guide me how to proceed further.

Hi Kavitha,

Pls check the table QALS as filed name Lot -PRUEFLOS and materila as MATNR in ECC side.

And if youare using 0NOTIFICATN master data, 0INSP_LOT(Inspection lot number) is Dis.attribute of the 0NOTIFICATN

you can check in 0NOTIFICATN  content also.

Dear kavitha

Please check whether result recording has taken place for the inspection lot. Go to QA33 > go to Result recording tab > and check whether the result recordings are done against the MIC.

If the data appears here then only QE1 and QE2 will have the data.

Hi,

Whenever we do changes in QA33, it is getting updated into LBWQ. After scheduling job i am unable to find the data in RSA7.

Please guide us.

Hi,

How frequently you schedueld your V3 job.

Once you done chnages at QA33, later you can run V3 job.

after that you can see the records at RSA7.

Hi,

We ran V3 job immediately in Dev system.

We are not getting any records in RSA7.whereas it is showing the no of records in LBWQ.

We are unable to find data even after doing setup tables process.

Please guide .

For delta loads we get data from base tables not setup tables.

At RSA7, there is column total, it shows record count against all delta data sources.

First of all have you seen changed records at LBWQ?

are your sure, you selected queue delta method at LBWQ for your data sources?

HI,

Is that datasource is delta enabled .

In the mean time do set-up table run and check for that record at RSA3 with full load.

May be you are filling wrong setup table and running wrong job for this particular Datsource.

are you able to get recorsds for init?

if yes, are you running job from LBWE JOB control?

Are you sure that you are running the correct V3 job...can you share the log of the completed V3 job here. Are any records fetched in there from MCEX queue.

Hi,

I am able to see the inspection lots in QALS table but the same inspection Lot is not updating into my Datasources 2LIS_05_QE1 and QE2.

Whenever we do the usage decision for particular inspection Lot it is updating into the Datasource 2LIS_05_QVUDN.

Can you check whether there is an entry in the table QAMR for the inspection lot. If yes then only it will appear in QE1 & QE2

Dear Kavitha

Hope you are choosing Event QE when doing the setup table filling in your development system as shown below.

You may delete the setup and do the fill up again and then check the RSA3.

Then  I think you need to refer this note 689368.  For the inspection lot which are missing in RSA3 please check whether your inspection lot is having status 5 in table QAMR as shown below.

Dear Kavitha

If it is status 2, which means the result recording is still under process. The standard extractor will bring in only status 5 data.

So ask the QM person to completely process the result recording and make sure that the status is 5. But if the UD has been done already then it will not be possible to change the status.

Please check whether result recording has taken place for the inspection lot. Only if the result recordings are done 2LIS_05_QE1 & QE2 will have the data.

You may find the data in 0INSP_LOT_ATTR for these inspection lot.

Need to FIll set up table then data will come. If set up tables also filed data is not coming means  check the same in  TCode  : QA03 for  2LIS_05_QE1 & 2LIS_05_QE2 :  tcodes  :QE03.

Hi,

above data sources LO data sources, you need to fill the setup tables, later you can see the data at RSA3 or info pack level(if triggers).

Deleteing and refilling setup tables for LO data sources(full load) is common.

I agree to Sriram !  Can you furnish little more details, like where you are not able to see the data ( which t Code you are using to check) , Have you checked RSA3 , etc.

Please suggest more on this line , so that we can drill down.
