Hello l.mirmiranpour,

The SAP TCode QS21 is used for the task : Create master inspection characteristic. The differences of 5 statuses as under:

  • Being created - When you start to create and just saved, the system status is by default "Being created".
  • Released- If status is released means you can use.
  • Can no longer be used - If you assign this status then it will not be work in future.
  • Deletion flag - It's almost same of above status. It means it will not assign to any more.
  • Archived - Characteristic will be archived from the system and no longer be shown.

For first one, let say if you stated to create and just input the name and save it means it will not assign to task list.

For third, it will remain in existing list but you can't use.

Forth one, in this you can't assign to any new task list.

Any question?
