We are pushing data from graphical view from datasphere to SFTP through replication flow and it is initial load

when we run replication flow a folder is created on SFTP path with Target table name from Replication flow, inside which Initial folder is created and file is generated with a system generated name.

We have 2 questions
1) can we avoid creation of "Initial" Folder and place final file directly under target table folder
2) can we give static name to final file which is placed (currently it is a system generated file name)

Hi,

This is the expected behavior of Replication Flows and is currently not configurable.

  1. Can the Initial folder be avoided?
No. The Initial folder is automatically created for initial loads and cannot be removed or bypassed.
  2. Can the output file have a static name?
No. The file name is system-generated and there is currently no option to define a custom/static name.

For more details, please refer to the SAP Help documentation for Replication Flows with SFTP targets
