Is there any standard format for documenting the project plan for XI?

I have gone thru the guides in SMP , Im a little confused..

request ur help on this

Hi,

Generally any project in XI/PI we will follow below stages

1.Requirement Gathering

2.Blue Printing

3.Designing

4.Testing

5.Implementation & GoLive

Depending on commitment with customer on deliveriables(we can get info from proposal) we need to deliver documents in each stage. Every company having own standard documents, so better to follow same.
