Procurement reports

Hi Friends,

I am very first time working on Procurement reports in BW. The following reports I need to extract from R/3 to BW.

1: Invoice with out a purchase Order

2: Purchase Order with no receipt or invoice activity

3: Purchase Order reciepted but not fully invoiced

4: Purchase Order not fully reciepted .

5: Purchase Order status

6: Vendor Consolidated Report

I want to know wether any busines content supports to them. I have checked the BI Content reports but I could not find similar type of reports. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello SB,

I had the same project as yours, and I should advice this to you :

You can user all MM extractors for R/3 :

2LIS_02_ITM for Purchase Orders Items

2LIS_02_HD for PO Headers

2LIS_03_BF for Material Managment and good Receipt

2LIS_06_INV for Invoices

Feed the corresponding DSO in BW, combine them in Infocube to feed some flags for "PO with Delivery", "PO without Invoice", etc ....

Hi,

I think that you can build some of your queries using 0pur_c01,0pur_o01 and 0pur_c08 cubes and ods.

Give a close look them.
