Hi,
Has the load picked up any records till now? If so, let it finish. I would also suggest you to check the job overview in source system. if it got cancelled then check what the error is.

Hi Anjali,
The job in the source system has not finished, so have to wait for the job in the source system to get over.
And there are many reasons why it gets delayed , like unavaialbility of system server resources, un availability of the background processes.
You can also check the tcode sm37 and for your job see the delay field , this will indicate the seconds job had to wait before it started execution..
Still if you fill something is wrong you can definitely stop the job in source system and restart the process from BW end . and for that you have to delete the existing request from Cube/ODS.
And the overdue time out is at infopackage level . Click on infopackage -> scheduler -> Time out time .Increase this time if you get this error frequently.
Hope that helps.

Hi Anjali,
As u have said, u are doin full load. so run the info package for the info cube load.
just make sure that in the update tab of info package "Full Update" radio button is selected.
Also in data target tab page, your cube is selected. then from the schedule tab page click on start button.
your load will start, you can also monitor your load thruogh RSMO.
hope this helps.

Hi
Please check whether job is finished at the source system
Environment -> Job Overview -> Source System..if it is finished...
check all data packages in the details tab of the RSMO...if you find that data is correct and passed to update rules and there it is saying that missing messages...then do manual update for all data packages...before doing this make the request as red and after completion of all manual update of the packages..change to 'back to technical status'...
Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi Anjali,
first you have to make sure that job is finished in source system. you can check this by Environment -> Job Overview -> Source System.
If it is not finished, then there is nothing to worry, wait till it gets finished.
If the job is finished, then check the details tab of the load in RSMO. tell me what is it showing.

Hi Anjali,
So the job is active in the source system.
now tell me if it is taking the usual time or taking much more time than regular one.
if the job is active in the source sytem for unusually long time then check in ST22 if there is any system dump related to your load is there or not ?
if there is no system dump then check in SM21. it maintains application logs, see there if any message is there with reference to the time when your load is running.
hope this helps.

Purvang
