We are looking into purchasing PO as we want to use PI. As the PO metric is CPU we are trying to count the number of CPU/cores we need to purchase according to the guidance from our SAP contact.
However SAP contact have not been able to answer this question:
Q 1: When counting the number of CPU’s shall we also include Development, Test and Sandbox environments?
Q 2: If the case is that we want to integrate one SAP system to another SAP system not do we then need PI to cover the data transfer?
We want to ensure we are compliant when conducting the purchase we want to ensure we count all relevant for CPU licenses.
Please clarify the licensing rules on this?
