Process Manager Simulation

I've created a simple process flow to investigate an issue.

Volume coming in

One task (Warehouse Picking)

Volume coming out

Due to the volume coming in, the number of resources available and the cycle time of the task (this is set to 100% constant), the process should complete successfully and all picks completed.

What i'm finding is that the task still has a number of items still to be picked at the end of the simulation? I don't understand why?

This is to baseline a broader process moving forward, and in reality i know the operation can actually get through the work. So why is the simulation not showing that? Are wait times being factored in for some reason? And if so, can these be removed somewhere?

Dear KantriceD, was just wondering where I could find proper / detailed documentation on how Simulation exactly works, in terms of how result is calculated (e.g. total cycle time). We are just doing some sort of PoC for simulation to see how well it can serve our process management-related purposes. Many thanks for any feedback. Best, Tamas
