Process Integration Runtime not available in Productive instance of Integration Suite

I'm have trouble finding the Process Integration Runtime service so I can activate it for my Integration Suite.

We have 2 instances for the Integration Suite, one for Dev/Test and one for Production. In the Dev/Test instance I have enabled the Process Integration Runtime, but in the Production instance the service is not in the list.

Note, that I activated the PRocess Integration on the Dev/Test instance over a year ago, but did not do it for the Prod instance at that time.

Entitlement in the Dev/Test instance:

No entitlements in the Prod instance:

Anyone have experienced the same issue.

Hi Michael,

In Prod sub account, there will be 'Add entitlement' option. From there, you can add Process Integration Runtime. If you don't have authorization, that option will not be visible to you. Your Global account admin will have the authorization to add entitlements.

Hi Priyanka.

There is no "Add entitlements" in the Prod sub account, all though I am Global Administrator on all of our accounts.

When looking at the Entitlements in the Global Account(Sub account is the same) the "Process Integration" is not in the List.

I am allthough wondering if it has something to do with the amount of Units which is assigned in the Dev/Test instance, as this is set to 9999. This is although not something that I can change, and I can't remember specifying the number at any time.

Sorry, I was referring to 'Configure Entitlement -> add service plans' only.

I agree SAP screens are very confusing. Did you make sure you subscribed to that first so that it is visible in your entitlements?
