Process Chain Messages

Hello

Can you please tell me where is kept the subject of the e-mail that is sent using the message in the process chain?

1 Go To RSPC Transaction

2 Select your process chain

3 Right click on the process and choose create message a window popsup.

4 Choose the message you want like either success or errors

5 In the next screen create the process variant.

6 In the process maintance: send message screen select maintain recipient list

7 Enter recipient and recipient type

8 Come back to send message screen and save it ( You don't have option in the previous screen to save)

9. Do this for all the processes and save it and schedule for testing.

Hi,

Right click on the message, select maintain message

It'll take to new screen, Beside the variant there is a subject box.

You can edit the subject there.

In fact the problem that I have to solve is the following. I am having a process chain: PerMo LI: Daily Load - that is giving an succesfull message in the mailbox. But I can not see any succesfull mesage setted in the process.

Do you know what kind of process is this?

Process Check Scheduling of Process Chain:PerMo LI: Daily Load Of Type

Successful data loading - update check table Has Status Successfully

completed (Process Chain PerMo LI)

Log of Respective Background Job:

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSPROCESS, variant &0000000412814, user ID

Hi Ramana,

You can create and maintain message for the each process type in the procee chain.

Step by Step :-

1.Right click on the any process type which you would like to create the message and trying send this message to E-mail.

2.Choose Create message which will ask you for the process variant and long description ( If you have the variant we can use them).

3.Right click on the Process type -->Choose maintain message.

4.Click on the Edit Document where you have to provide the relevant info respective process type for easily understable --> save the message --> Back.

5. Click on the Maintain the Recipient List where we have provide the USER email ID --> type should be Shared distribution list.
