You are asking about CX_RSBK_REQUEST_LOCKED?

If you have had a looked into the Infoobject 0WAGETYPE administration, you would have seen a red request... which is to be deleted and then the DTP step to be repeated 🙂

You have to investigate the DTP protocol ...

I can only guess what your error is... lower-case letter in key, incorrect language key... whatever ... go find it out!
