Process chain Error in Loading Hierarchy Master Data

Hi Expert,

I am getting error from last 3 day in loading hier master data. Please see attached screenshot. please give suggestion how to sort out this.

Hi

Your hierarchy has twice the same node and thats why it is failing 00055503 is in two nodes. You need to correct this in your source file or ECC

Hi Pawan,

You have not mentioned what is the source for loading master data?. Is it flat file or from ERP system?

Check the corresponding data in source and make correction. for different nodeid same nodenames are maintained in source. So it shoudl be corrected in source and then laod data again.

As per the message your hierarchy structure may have duplicate records or same name may be used multiple times.

please check thise NODE IDs carefully NODEID 00055503, 00066764. obseve whole structure at RSH1. you may know the cause.

please share NODEID 00055503, 00066764 details.
