Process chain cannot be activated, deleted, executed

Hi experts,

We have a process chain, similar to other ones and not modified in QUAL environment for last 2 years.

When executed through metachain, it appeared as yellow in process monitoring, but never triggered actually. In table RSPC_PROCESS_LOG, it appeared with blank status.

We tried to execute end of previous process, run via SM37 FM API chain start, activate again, transport it again from DEV system.

But every action failed and got out of time. Even trying to delete it from QUAL system got a TIMEOUT dump.

What can we do ?

Hello @JeremyDubreuil 

Check SM37 → delete/clear stuck jobs
Check SM50/SM66 → cancel hanging work processes
Clean tables via report RSPC_DELETE_OLD_LOGS
Recreate/activate process chain
If delete fails → Basis to clear locks / DB cleanup
