What's happened with how text widgets display edit mode??!
It used to be the case that editing a text widget displayed all the text in the editable panel - often a very tall panel for pages with lots of text.
Since about a week ago, now when I select to edit a text widget, it displays a truncated version of the text - 20 lines or so. Any editing of the text snaps the text widget to display full height - which is necessary as there's no way to scroll the widget otherwise.
This means that my first action when editing a text widget is to enter a line break somewhere then immediately delete it, which forces the widget to go full height. This is super annoying.
I'm using Edge on Windows. In experimenting whilst writing this I've found it only happens with a browser zoom set to 100%. If I shrink or expand the browser zoom the text widget in edit mode snaps to the correct height.
Attached - screengrab showing the truncated text widget in edit more. The amount of text in this widget is many times greater than that exposed in the widget.
Please sort this out.
