Problem with Webi

I have been searching the forums, and while I have seen this issue posted before, I have yet to see a definitive resolution. I am hoping someone can help with this.

I have a user that is attempting to export a report from Webi to Excel, and receiving the following error:

Automation exception   BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (Error: BOMGR 0060) (myserver.mydomain.com)   (returned by function Get Excel element) )

I saw a couple of suggestions regarding permissions, ensuring that the user has Save Documents permission in the full client, but this does not seem to have resolved the issue. I would be most appreciative of any assistance.

Thanks for the response. This is one of the threads I looked at. Unfortunately, none of the steps given resolved my issue as of yet. I am curious about the potential middleware problem, but never saw any further explanation from the poster. At this point, the search continues...

Can the problem stem from exceeding the maximum number of rows that an Excel spreadsheet can hold (in versions prior to Office 2007 the limit is 64K rows and 255 columns, however, in Office 2007 the limit is raised to 1M rows and 1,000 columns)?
