Problem with side navigation

Hi, I want to use the side navigation sample. My problem is that the breadcrumbs are not responsive. If I add more levels, then instead of having the arrow with the levels, the levels shown up like dots. How can I fix this??

Maybe try putting the breadcrumb in flexible container(HBOX or Scroll container), so you can scroll when the no of bread crumbs increases.
