Hello. Good Morning.

I have a report that I want to archive but the lower part of the box is not shown.

As you can see in the attachment, the box shows the option of printing or archive, but in the other report this is not shown. How can I do so it can be shown.?

regards, Belinda

One transaction generates a report, for example: me2n, then we we to archive it as a printlist, it works OK because the box shows the properties. Other transaction that generates also a report doesnt show PROPERTIES, therefore the printlists cannot be archive it.

you had shared 2 screen shots, in which one is the information missing, in the screen shot from SAP standard program or in the screenshot from your Z program?

The option MODO ARCHIVO is ARCHIVE ONLY.

As you can see the ARCHIVE option was selected, but the PROPERTY screen doesnt show the other fields.

from the z program, it refers to PY for Venezuela. That is the one on the right.

The screen shot from program on the right side does not look like a list, there is no option to print just e.g. page 2 to 4, It looks more like the print screen for a SAP Script form.

So the process should be similar to storing customer billing forms or purchase orders in an archive.

Is it a custom program..?, The screen shot which ur posted does look like script or smart form printing program screen. So if i am right then u will not able to archive it.

Tony.

Hi Moran,

Please select the Archive only option in Archive mode and click on continue then it will ask you to give the input as in second screen shot for Object type and Document type.

I hope it gives the relevant info. Please update if it not works.
