Hi,

I am sending an IDoc from SAP R/3 to SAP XI . In WE02 IDoc showing Status as 03 (sucess) but in SM58 it showing as Error

1) No service for system SAPBQA, client 300 in Integration Directory

I checked the note 940313 but not able to resolve it.

2) I also found one problem that the software component added to business system but when I imported it to Integration directory then the "other attributes" tab of Business system shows no objects found meaning no software component is mentioned there.

Earlier it was running fine when XI was connceted with development. When we disconnected the Development and connected it to SAPBQA we are getting that problem.

We have also done cache refresh, CPA cache refresh etc.

Can anybody suggest the solution to my problem.

Did you create a port (Transaction IDX1) pointing to the R/3 in the XI server?

i think for SAPBQA system when connected we need to assign the LOGICAL SYSTEM of that system in the ID

Hi,

Logical system assignment of BQA system is already done during technical system creation and it is getting reflected in ID. Could you please specify in more details where I should sspecify it in Integration directory.

I already created a port in IDX1 as SAPBQA

Could you please suggest more solution on this.

Thanks & Regards

from ID choose

service->adapter-specific identifiers

then it will show the logical system which you have assigned at the technical system level.if not select the button, compare from SLD.and check it again.

i think u maintained a business system in SLD ....

Hi,

"Message interface does not exist in any software components installed on this business system"

1) Open ID-----Double click on Business system that which u are using in the scenario

2) Check whether you are able to see the SWC in the Othere attributes TAB

3) If it is not there means goto SLD----Open the Technical System of R/3 by choosing Web as ABAp type

4) Click on Installed Products TAB

5) Click on Add New product and add your Product of the SWC whcih you are using for developement and Save it

6) Then goto Business systems TAB in the same Technical systems window and click on the Business System appears in the window.

7) Click on Installed products and Check the check box of your Product and then finally save that.

Now you should be able to see the SWC in the Othere attributes TAB in ID

HI,

In addition to the chadra post..

double click on the Business System which you have assigned for R/3.

Goto --> Menu bar you will find the service Tab , under that click on Adapter specific identifiers.

here check whether you can able to see the LS of the respective system..

Hope it helps..

Hi,

Could you please provide more solution I am not able to resolve the issue still.

Regarding software component existence to Integration directory "other attributes tab" as I already assinged the software component to Technical system of BQA and business system sits on the top of Technical system is it really required to put the software component in business system tabs also?

Thanks & Regards

Hi Prabhat,

in SLD, you do not need to add product and sw component to BS...............it it required to be added to TS........But in SLD, go to BS and select your BS and in installed products, just check if the product has a checkbox ticked for installed option......if it is not checked, just tick it and then save it........then in ID you can see your sw component in BS..........

Hi,

The details mentioned are known for software component addition to BS or TS , what I was mentioning it since you add swc to TS therefore nothing special is to be done for swc as BS will take it from TS.you just have to check it.

my question is regarding the service unavailability for SAP BQA do u have any clue? is it really related to the software component missing in BS or something else ?

Thanks & Regards

Hi Prabhat,

my question is regarding the service unavailability for SAP BQA do u have any clue? is it really related to the software component missing in BS or something else ? - i think your service unavailability for SAPBQA is related to your sw component missing in BS in SLD..............just check in SLD in BS whether your product is ticked or not.........if it is not ticked, then tick it and save it.......if it doesnot solve your problem, then i think in ID just go to your SAPBQA business service and go to service->adapter specific properties and see whether you can see your logical system for SAPBQA is there or not..........if it is not there, then do a SLD comparison check and have your logical system there for SAPBQA.............

Hi all,

thanks for your cooperation.

I resolved the problem on my own actually it was related to Caching and it was not updating the content.

I updated the forum because in future if anybody gets problem like this they may check the Caching content.

Thanks & Regards
