Hi all,
I am new here and my english is not very good but I hope you'll understand my question.
Recently I started using BO, I have to open it via Citrix. When BO is started I can (off course) open a .rep-file. But since last week it isn't possible anymore to open a .rep-file directly by double-clicking on it. I've sent an email to our helpdesk but they couldn't help me.
The real problem is that I have a small program to refresh a BO-report automaticly. Basicly the program starts a .rep-file and then the vb-code in the reports takes over. So that is why I need to be able to open a .rep-file directly.
I think this is more related to Citrix than it is to BO but still I hope someone can help me or at least give me some good advice.

Hi;
are the "open with..." settings ok for that kind of documents? right click on the doc then go to "open with..." and select you script.
Maybe your Citrix admin is resetting this kind of settings regularly.
