Dear everyone.

Last year, we installed PA and Predictive Factory on the system of our client.

Their system is isolated from the internet

Their OS is CentOS 7.x

We want to execute the external shell scripts in Predictive Factory

to run external shell commands (for learning and applying data by PA)

I've found Predictive Factory uses "rexec" command to do this,

however, the CentOS does not allow to execute "rexec"

so we cannot run external scripts from Predictive Factory.

That Predictive Factory, as far as I know, is not running under "root" previledge", anyway.

Anyway, I heard, that CentOS does not allow to execute "rexec" in any cases.

So my question is:

1. Could you please help me : How to run external shell scripts from Predictive Factory

in such case like ours?

Thank you and have a nice day!

Hello, I would suggest that you create a support ticket with SAP support to get this investigated.

Kind regards

Antoine

When i execute a External Command from Predictive Factory installed in Linux CentOS 8.0, I have the next error:

Authentication failed because we can not connect to the REXEC server. Confirm that the REXEC server is available on the specified system and that your user credentials are correct. (48230)

May I ask you one other question?

Could you please guide me where I can create a support ticket with SAP support in the website?

Thank you in advance.
