i am like new to workflow but know all the basic things about workflows but now i have a requirement like
Workflow approvals have to be built for all the Purchase Requisitionu2019s based on the release strategy. By workflow sending an email to the useru2019s inbox this will allow reduction in waiting time for the approvals.
Purchase Requisitions will be approved at the line item level.
1) Email will be sent to approver(s) for the approval of the open purchase requisition.
2) Multiple users can be sent the approval email from workflow for one approval strategy.
3) If a user makes a change to a purchase requisition for a higher amount, the requisition will need to be reapproved.
4) Security access will only be granted to the users associated with that approval strategy.
5) If a requisition isnu2019t approved within 3 days, another email will be sent to the user(s).
6) After 4 days, if a requisition isnu2019t approved, the requisition will be sent to a higher approver.
7) If the approver is out, they need to delegate a backup approver in their absence.
😎 All usersu2019 have an email address included their SAP user account.
9) Email sent from workflow will provide a hyperlink to take you requisition that needs to be approved.
10) Email will be sent to who created the purchase requisition once it has been approved.
