PPCI - Error when creating custom OM infotype

Hi,

I have done this so many times but somehow cannot get PPCI to create a custom OM Infotype. I am following the correct steps in creating a new custom OM Infotype but fail to PPCI to create the infotype. I keep on getting an error that "Structure HRI9106 exists" and "R3TR TABL HRI9106 exists" which does not make sense as the structure is required to generate the Infotype. Before i started I made sure that there are no entries in  T778T, T777D, and T777Z and not other structures or programs relating to that Infotype. I have tried using a random high 9 number as well, and it still gives the same error.

What am I missing?
