PostgreSQL on SAP BTP connection timeout issue

Hi All,

We have been trying to connect to postgres instance on SAP BTP trial account using pgAdmin tool.

We are facing the below issue shown in the screenshot, We are encountering the same issue when we try to connect using DBeaver as well(timeout issue).
