Portal workflow

Hi Experts,

In the MSS screen If manager selects one Employee under him, that employee PERNR should pass to SAP and based on that PERNR I need to trigger the work flow.

I dont know about portal. Any small ideas will help me a lot. Please share your valuable ides with me.

Nandini,

The users that are exisiting in the portal should be mapped with the HR pernrs. For this you will have to make use of the Tcode HRUSER.

As you posted you query in Portal section, I am assuming you are asking the work flow related to Enterprise Portal. Try to find some info about Universal Work list in Portal. Hi,

do one thing. Ask your abap guy to create a RFC which internally calls the workflow required and you pass the employee id to the RFC through which in the RFC they can get the employee details required.
