Pop-up window: Change Request Type cannot be cancelled for custom data model

Hi Experts,

I have build a custom data model, and assigned two different change request types for that.

Upon creating a record, pop-up windows appears to select a change request type as shown below.

If I select one of two change request type and click [OK] button, there is no issue.

However when I try to close the window by clicking either [Cancel] , nothin happens. Same thing happens for [Close]button.

Does anyone know why?

Please try 'Cancel' option after selecting either option.

Thank you for your response.

I have tried to the steps below, but "Cancel" button still does not work.

(1)Select "Create Exchange Rate1"

(2)Click "Cancel" button
