Unfortunately there isn't much useful about the structure of your source message or other wise it would be pretty straightforward for the values to do a split by each value (adds a context change) if the XML elements were of the same name and mapped to row. Since each source value has a different name you would have to resort to merging queues or doing some code to take multiple field inputs at once for manipulation. Not aware of any functions that exist that get you the name of the source element either, but I also have never had a scenario where something of that nature was required.
