Just to clearify this issue: Our customer number at SAP was being changed, without us knowing, and we were losing our rights to various locations within service.sap.com.
I swear I looked at this same page yesterday, and this did not show up -- but there it is today. I was using IE yesterday and FireFX today, so maybe that was it????
