Payload Corruption while posting pdf attachment via APIM.

Hi All,

I need to post attachments (PDF/TXT), from a 3rd party to S4 API "API_CV_ATTACHMENT_SRV" via APIM, 

While creating the request to fetch token the original payload in body is getting corrupted and not reaching to S4.

I have tried storing the payload in a variable and used that to post the request still the payload is not reaching S4.
