Need suggestion on how to edit partner dunction description and ID & also is it possible to add multiple approvers for single partner function.

To add New Partner Function :

To only change the Name of the Partner Function field :
Let me explain that if you want to change the partner description, the best way would be to do it centrally in the partner function definition activity (SPRO point "Define Partner Functions"). Because in this way, you only need to change one place and all the other places are synchronized automatically. Otherwise, if you do that in the UI Configuration, then you have to handle different UI pages (header, search query, search result)
SAP strongly suggests you to define your business partner description centrally in the SPRO point "Define Partner Functions". In this way, you do not need to adjust any UI field label manually. The reason of this is, not all UIs will get synchronized automatically if you define UI specific description.
