Hi experts,

Let me know how to read oss notes.. ex when i tried to read oss 689964, i couldnt find it anywhere...please let me know how to find OSS notes.

Hi Fardoon,

You can find SAP Notes (a.k.a. OSS Notes) on the SAP Service Market Place - Support Portal. You go there via the following URL:

http://service.sap.com/notes

Please note that you have to register yourself with SAP. You can only access the notes with a so-called S-user and a password.

The mentioned note can also be accessed directly via the following URL (only as registered user):

https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/689964
