Type this URL in your browser it will get you to the home page of SAP Notes.

You need S-id to get access to OSS Notes which the site will prompt when you will try to access it.

Hi ,

Use txn SNOTE, if your system is connected to OSS (try it to find it).If not, follow the instructions provided in the individual note to edit the SAP object(S).

Else

go to the tab correction instructions, select the appropriate ref correction depending on your release

Have a look at the object type (MF or program) copy the object name go to se37 or SE38 depending on the object fill the object name and follow the instructions "delete block" or " insert block" to apply the note.

Check this document. It has the step by step procedures with screenshots to apply a Note.
