Optimized View mode popup

When opening an application or story with optimized view mode, I keep getting below pop-up window.

I have 2 questions about this pop-up:

1. How can we prevent this pop-up from showing to all our end users? It will be confusing for them.
2. Why is only Google Chrome supported and not MS Edge & Safari anymore like is mentioned in SAC system requirements

MS Edge is supported, that's what our users use when interacting with SAC.

maybe when you turn on this mode, you need to check this option

Yes, of course 🙂
But to have thousands of end users having to do this (who are just consuming stories) it is not nice..
I wish it could be disabled (especially in view/embed/present mode!) and only visible in edit mode.
