Hi Chistoph,

Yes, please refer this SAP note - 2147794 and refer the below steps to fix this issue -

In SolMan system, call transaction SOLMAN_SETUP and execute following steps:

  1. Check the managed system configuration for the system having the error. Please go to the last step and ensure that all checks results are green.
  2. Go to Technical System Monitoring configuration for the system in question and perform step "Apply and Activate".

In other cases, more steps may be needed, please do the following:

  1. Run Transcation LMDB & ensure no associated Hosts, Instances or Databases remain.
  2. Run Transaction MAI_TOOLS, and choose the Analysis tab.
  3. Choose Directory Consistency and select the option Check for Managed Object doubles.
  4. If you get the message No double managed objects found then no further action is required.
  5. If you have Double managed objects in table ACCONTEXTDIR you are notified to execute the report ACR_ADJUST_DIRECTORY_CONTENT with the option Remove double Managed Objects.
  6. The Final Step is Run SM_WORKCENTER, Go to SolMan Administration Tile, Select Extractor Tile, Filter by affected managed system, Highlight all rows, then delete.

Thanks & Regards,

Ashish Verma
