We purchased a Zebra ZD410 Wireless printer to use in our shop. Our database is run on Microsoft Access and the labels and reports are made with Crystal Reports. I have no experience with Crystal Reports. We have a major problem, we can only print a label if we select Print Preview in Access and see a preview of the label(s). If we try to print the conventional way, the printer just blinks one time and won't print. We've tried other drivers to no avail. The odd thing is, we also have a Zebra ZTC GK420d printer and it works fine there. We can print to .pdf out of Crystal Reports and then print to the ZD410 and it prints just fine.
Any ideas what we should be looking at?

Hi Weldon,
i had trouble as well with an Zebra printer (Edges got cut off).
My Problem was solved by using third party drivers ...

Maybe this solves your error as well.
Kind regards
Tobias
