Not able to create Root View entity in Eclipse

Hello,

I can create a CDS view in Eclipse but if i select Root View Or Projection View, I am getting following message

S4HANA 1809 on Premise

Why it is not supported by the backend System? what is missing, What to do ? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Hi Kazi,

Root CDS View, Projection view are introduced with RAP framework, which is available for 1909 or higher versions. This is the reason you are not able to create, since your backend systems doesn't yet support these artefacts.
