Normal change TOC issue

Hello Sap Community,

We have an issue working with TOC.

The developer did some changes but while creating TOC it gave an error as below. When we asked the developer to correct this and even after correcting this error we are still getting the same issue while creating TOC. TOC is getting created in the background but they are now getting imported into prod.

You seem to be saying that the transport of copies are imported into production. This does not really make sense... Could you please be more specific?

If transport requests are being imported into production for this change document, why are the transport of copies an issue?

You mention "even after correcting this error"... Was the entry that resulted in error removed from the main transport request? It does not make sense that newly created transport of copies should contain the error. Perhaps an older transport of copies is being moved by ChaRM, what is the Support Package level of your Solution Manager system?
