Hello.
I am currently using SAPGUI for Java 7.70 rev3 on my Macbook M1 and i'm stuck with problem - there is no scrollbar for dropdown lists, where amount of options is more than monitor could show.
Although, the Windows version also has no scrollbar, but there you can navigate with the arrows and the menu will move, and you can also navigate by specifying the first letter of an option. However, in my case neither option works. No navigation with trackpad/mouse/arrows. The problem was seen in the transaction /BOBF/TEST_UI (SAP TM).
I tried to reinstall SAP GUI, tried different themes (some old problems could be fixed), but nothing changed.
No problems with this transaction on Windows with 7.60 or 7.70.

Hello Alexey,
Such type of menu was originally not intended to dynamically add an arbitrary number of menu items depending on the content of a data base table.
However obviously such things happen and we need to find a solution to this. In this case we can see several hundreds items, which is really hard to handle by the user even if it would be possible to scroll in this menu. Using a dropdown listbox would be the better choice, but in this transaction it has not been used unfortunately.
We are looking into how to implement scrolling and keyboard navigation for handling the situation where more items are added than can be displayed in a menu. We have added this to our development back log but can not disclose any timeline for now.
Best regards
Rolf-Martin
