Hi,
We are facing issue while submitting access request for FFID there is no rule execution and hence no audit trail is available for request. Request is just showing in pending status without moving forward. Screenshot is attached. Kindly suggest.

Is the last message "Rule xxx is executing" ? If so there's probably an issue with the BRF rule.
You should get a message "Rule is executed"
