No Agent Found

Dear Experts,

I have a Custom Workflow developed by previous developer with a Dialog Task1 (Form).

I had to change this workflow and based on a condition i have to add another Dialog Task2 (Form).

For the above task i have a Background activity which determines the users (US is concatenated) and sends them as agents to the dialog Task (used in Expression)

Both the dialog tasks are made General Task.

When i check in SWIA,for Dialog Task1 there is a Agent & also for possible Agents it has "All users can process this task"

When i check in SWIA,for Dialog Task2 there is no Agent & also for possible Agents it has "No agents found for this task -> long text"

Please kindly guide me.

Hello,

Are You sure second task is set as general task?

Because it seems that there is something wrong here - I mean it should be possible for all users to receive this task. If the list here is empty it might not be set as You described.

Didi You also tried to refresh the buffer SWU_OBUF ?

Hi,

Yes please check the assignment of the agent in task 2. (general or limited but corresponding to your case)

Have you check the binding of the task2 ?

Have you check that the agent were determined before task2 ?

Have you check the excluded agent ?

Dear Experts,

For testing purpose, i have given the User in the display form as per attachments, even then user is not coming in SWIA.

Please Guide.

Did You checked Possible agents and Excluded agents int he log ???

Is Your user on any of these lists ?

Please check the value in container and also check if the agent is a valid user .
