Need your help to link a non-sap free opensource HTTP content server using Archive link

I am new to SAP and am learning how to link SAP to an external storage system using an archive link. As per my requirement, SAP Archive files should be stored on external storage or a non-SAP content server. I'm attempting to link SAP to Nextcloud as an external storage system, which is a free and open-source HTTP server.

Initially, I was thinking that by using T-Code OAC0 and SICF, we could link any external content server, and that's it. Archive should automatically start writing to external storage; however, we need to point the logical and physical paths to external storage, but it seems like we are still missing something, and we are not sure if it is even doable or if we do require any other setup too. Please guide me if I am wrong and help me reach the document, which comes with all prerequisites at once. I am assuming that in order to achieve this, it may require a SAP license or something additional to set up at the external HTTP server. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Dear Ashish, this is indeed only possible with an additional license. The tool we use for this is named YAC, provided by Znk, SAP certified, you can find it by looking on the net. Works with SharePoint and also with any other external storage system (kind of universal connector)

Rgds,
