Need help finding Crystal Reports installer

Hello,

I'm working on setting up a new server for a BI 2025 installation and need some help finding the installer for Crystal Reports.

According to Note 1968027, I should use Crystal Reports 2025 and Crystal Reports Server 2025 with BI 2025.

I follow the instructions in Note 1291961, but the steps fail after the third. It says to select CRYSTAL REPORTS from the list under Analytics Solutions, but I only see Crystal Reports for Visual Studio and Crystal Reports Viewer.

Any help on finding the installers for Crystal Reports would be appreciated.

Hello, once you download and purchase a support contract for CR Server use this link to use the services to download, get Keycode etc.:

And/Or You can download CR 2025 from here:

https://www.sap.com/products/data-cloud/crystal-reports.html

Note, Installing Crystal Reports Designer onto the same CR Server is not supported. Their runtime conflict with each other, so install CRD on a different PC.

And You MUST right click on the EXE and select Run As Administrator so it gives full permissions.
