Multitenat application architecture

I am currently raising requirements for a multitenant web application, the client wants the frontend of the application to be hosted in the provider's subaccount, while the application data is in the global accounts within the subaccounts of the subscribing clients to the application. these is possible?

I attach an image as a reference, that was the architecture that was contemplated at some point but now, as required by the client, they want all tables to be created in the subaccount within the client's own tenat, how feasible and complicated can this be?
