MSMP Workflow not triggering

Hi Team,

I have configured MSMP in SAP GRC 12.0 for Firefighter (FF) access using the standard agent and standard rule. However, when I submit an FF access request, it shows Stage 001, but the status displays “Unknown Path”, and the request is not reaching the approver’s inbox.

I checked the SWEL logs, but there is no relevant data available there. I also tried using a custom agent, but I am still facing the same issue.

Could anyone please help me troubleshoot this issue?

Additionally, I suspect that one of my colleagues may have deleted some of the standard BRF+ settings. If the standard BRF+ settings were deleted, could you please let me know how we can retrieve or restore the deleted settings?
