modifying existing reports with many headers

Hello!

I am new to all of this and doing my best to teach myself to adjust reports based on what we need.

A report was sent to me from another property in my area and I am manipulating it to fit our property's needs.

As you can see from the image supplied, I am only seeing ways to add comments for the housekeeping and reservation fields. I need these to actually pull the data from our RDP processing system. Everything is connected as it should be, but the information is not coming through when I run tests.

I am also having difficulty adjusting this report because it is so condensed. If I wanted to change the format or something, it seems to be condensed by the headers?

I appreciate any assistance or response regarding these details!
