Modifying Content Modifier

Dear experts

I have a doubt using the Content Modifier

I am splitter , and I want modify the content of the message using content modifier.

In the preview content Modifier , the content of the message is:

However I want add under of the label <cargo>Delantero</cargo> other label ie <tecnico>Xavi Hernandez</tecnico> and then can user gatter for collect the two content and appear as:

Hi

You can't use a Content Modifier to dynamically insert an element into an XML document. To do that, you need a mapping (Message Mapping, XSLT or script).

I have found Message Mapping, Script(JS or Groovy), but Wat is XSLT?

Do you know a blog o documentation example of how get data of SSFF and I create a iflow?
