Missing highlighting

Hello,

I have an editable ALV and am using the method REPORT_ATTRIBUTE_ERROR_MESSAGE(IF_WD_MESSAGE_MANAGER) to show message. and to highlight the cells with errors. However, when I scroll down the screen, all the error cells are no longer highlighted. Is there a way to retain the highlighting part?
